Shipments and returns
Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a courier with tracking and drop-off with a signature. If you prefer delivery by another courier, please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs.
Please note that while we take great care in packaging your items securely, shipments are sent at the customer's own risk. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance.
